Refund policy

Due to the nature of this product, we are unable to accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thecollectivedit@outlook.com with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the damage

• Photos of the outer packaging

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Items must be unused and in original condition to qualify for replacement.

Refunds are not offered for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect orders placed by the customer

• Minor print variations

• Normal wear and tear

If a refund is approved due to damage or fault, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

All digital products are non-refundable due to the instant access nature of the product.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services once the item has been dispatched. Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
